As Virtasant grew its global team of cloud experts, managing candidates across multiple roles and screening processes became increasingly complex. Recruitment workflows involved multiple stages, stakeholders, and technical tracks, making it difficult to maintain visibility and consistency.

Without a centralized system, tracking progress, scheduling steps, and evaluating coverage across skill sets quickly turns into a bottleneck.

We worked with Virtasant to build a platform that transforms hiring into a clear, trackable process. The system allows teams to:

The solution was developed as a single-page Angular application, supported by a .NET backend and PostgreSQL database.
